What types of content can I upload?
You can upload almost anything that helps tell your story, including photographs, videos, audio recordings, letters, and important documents such as certificates or diplomas. These items are digitally preserved and organized alongside your spoken memories so nothing gets lost.
Will I be required to type out my stories?
Not at all. You can simply talk to Collective Legend. Your AI Friend records and organizes your voice, then helps polish your words into a natural narrative. Typing is always an option, but it’s never required. We want your record to feel like you.
How is my information protected?
We use strong encryption protocols to safeguard your data both in transit and at rest, ensuring that personal details are protected from unauthorized access. In addition, we discourage sharing financial details or any highly confidential information through our platform.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. You also have the option to download or permanently delete your personal information whenever you choose, giving you full control over your data.
